Filters are based on the beliefs your mind has developed over the years from the meaning it assigned to each event in your life. It is our perception of an event and what we believe about it that determines how we experience the event - not the event itself. Therefore, there is no such thing as good or bad, but rather how we perceive it determines good or bad.
