As you think about this question and the follow-up questions, write down what you're thinking. Here's the question. What do you want out of life? 1) Why is that important to you? 2) If you don't achieve it, how will that make you feel? 3) If you do achieve it, how will that make you feel? 4) Why haven't you achieved it to date? 5) What have been the obstacles that have held you back? 6) What are three things you can start doing today that will put you on the path to achieving your life goal?
Always remember - the most important moment in time is not the past or even the future - it's right now, the present moment. Regardless of what you have or haven't done, it doesn't matter. What does matter is what you do now!
