Don't confuse the process with the goal. Working on your processes to make them better, easier, and more efficient is an indispensable activity and something you should continually work on, but it is not the goal. Making your products and services great is the goal.
You cant learn if you think you already know. You will not find the answers if you're too conceited and self-assured to ask questions. You cannot get better if you're convinced you are the best.
If you want to master a new habit, the key is to start with repetition, not perfection. You don't need to map out every feature of a new habit. You just need to practice it. You just need to get your reps in.
